Iso: how sensitive your camera is to light.
– 100 iso is bright light (most scenarios)
-3200 iso is low light
Shutter speed:
- 1/1000 of a second = fast
- 1/60 of a second = mid range
- 1 of a second = slow
* higher shutter speed- fast sports, live bands and fashion catwalks.
*slower shutter speed- moving clouds and moving water.
Aperture: how wide open the lens is.
*wide= F1.4
*small= F16
-The scale:
F1.4,F1.8,F2.8,F4,F5.6,F8,F11,F16,F22
*lower aperture are good for portraits. Has a shallower depth of field (focus)
*larger aperture are good for landscapes, everything is in focus. Greater depth of field.
